the 19th International IR Target and Background Modeling & Simulation Workshop serves as a technical forum to bring together members of government, university, and industrial research communities to discuss current developments in IR modeling and simulation of targets, backgrounds, and targets in backgrounds, including validation and optimization.<\/p>\n
